Responsibilities:

  • Self-Introduction with various Distributors, Suppliers and Traders.
  • Regularly collect price list and product list and float the same to the Sales team.
  • Negotiation based on competitive quotes. 
  • Follow-up with Sales team for closure of sales. 
  • Transparency with all colleagues including coordination with Finance, Logistics, Warehouse and Sales.
  • Maintain database in organized manner and avoid complications and duplications. 

Basic qualifications:

  • 2-5 Years of procurement experience and experience from same industry is preferable.
  • Skills with hardware and special software.

Professional requirements:

  • Excellent in MS-Excel and MS-Word and presentations. 

Personal qualities:

  • Good communication and analytical skills. 
  • Sharp in recalling past instances. 
  • Dedication to work and office ethics and discipline.
  • Attention to details.
