Responsibilities:
- Drawing up a portrait of the candidate
- Vacancy posting
- Working with the referral program of the company
- Sourcing in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan
- Conducting telephone interviews
- Compiling feedback based on the results of interviews for the internal customer
- Feedback to candidates
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in sourcing candidates
- Experience of HR in IT industry in preferred
- English speaking skills at Intermediate level
Professional requirements:
- Confident user of Hh and LinkedIn platforms
- Ability to work independantly
Personal qualities:
- Result oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
