Business Development Manager (Ubiquity)

Responsibilities:
- Communication and building strategic relationships with an international vendor of wireless data communication and CCTV (Ubiquity).
- Work with the commercial team and resellers to identify and evaluate potential opportunities.
- Retail market research, competitor analytics.
- Working with the regular stock.
- Planning and proceeding campaigns, events, promo together with the marketing team.
- Conducting negotiations at different levels, including top management.
- Monitoring the decision-making process at different levels, identifying problems in processing and pricing.
- Building and coordination of business processes.
- Financial analysis and control of margin levels.
- Placing orders, maintaining and monitoring deliveries.
Basic Qualifications:
- Higher education in marketing, IT, CCTV or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in data communication/CCTV distribution market in Central Asia.
- Solid knowledge of retail market in Kazakhstan.
- Experience working with international vendors of WiFi and video-equipment will be an advantage.
- Deep understanding of the principles of work in the field of data communication/CCTV and branding.
- Excellent negotiation and interaction skills with various levels of management.
- Ability to effectively manage business processes and projects.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Advanced in English.
