Responsibilities:

  • Processing incoming requests and entering data into the CRM system;
  • Calculating and preparing price lists, quotes, and commercial offers;
  • Supporting communication between the sales manager and partners;
  • Collaborating with related departments;
  • Creating, verifying, and monitoring of orders, proformas, and generating invoices;
  • Shipments coordination.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Higher education;
  • Language proficiency: Russian and English at upper-intermediate level or higher;
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales (preferably);

Professional requirements:

  • Result-oriented mindset;
  • Proactivity;
  • Desire for personal and professional growth;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
