Pre-sale Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Technical project support.
• Working with areas such as server equipment, data storage systems (DSS), data transmission networks, backup systems, hyper-convergence, virtualization, and client equipment.
• Analysis and solution selection.
• Analyzing customer technical tasks and selecting optimal products and configurations.
• Preparing specifications using manufacturers' configurators.
• Conducting sizing and comparative analysis of competing solutions.
• Technical documentation development.
• Preparing technical requirements and descriptions for implemented products and solutions.
• Technical consultations and presentations.
• Providing clients with technical consultations.
• Delivering product and solution presentations.
• System assessment and implementation.
• Conducting assessments of customers' information systems.
• Performing commissioning works and troubleshooting.
• Pilot testing.
• Organizing and conducting pilot testing of company products.
• Training and certification.
• Mandatory participation in training to enhance technical competencies.
• Passing certification exams.
• Interaction with partners and manufacturers.
• Providing technical consultations on products and solutions.
• Participating in project-related discussions.

Basic qualifications:
